Skygarden Arnulfpark
Office complexMunich, GermanyArnulfpark is one of Munich’s inner-city oases. The downtown district and main train station can be reached on foot, the Mittlerer Ring motorway and railway tracks lie in the immediate vicinity. The sustainability of the compact, urbane and green construction concept is equally documented in the four ‘elements’ characterised by Plato which have lent their names to the different quarters encompassing the park: fire, water, earth and air. The Skygarden, a central component of the quarter named Air, interlinks spacious courtyards with broadly spaced atriums and loggias, so that the office spaces are located not only within the greenery at ground level. Over 50 per cent of energy demand is covered via regenerative sources.
