In Holstein Switzerland, Hadi Teherani is planning a lighthouse project for inland tourism in Schleswig-Holstein, which will impress with its outstanding location overlooking two lakes, unique and sustainable architecture, one of the largest hotel spa and wellness areas in the country, a wide range of gastronomy, including on the waterfront, spacious park and waterfront facilities as well as numerous leisure and excursion options, and whose appeal will also reach the public beyond the borders of Schleswig-Holstein.

The site, covering approximately 150,000 m², is set to accommodate 31,000 m² of gross floor area, comprising 220 hotel rooms and holiday apartments. The development planning process was initiated by a unanimous resolution of the Malente Municipal Planning Committee in the summer of 2023 and is due to be completed in 2027. Construction is scheduled to begin in the same year, with completion planned for 2030.
