In Holstein Switzerland, Hadi Teherani is planning a lighthouse project for inland tourism in Schleswig-Holstein, which will impress with its outstanding location overlooking two lakes, unique and sustainable architecture, one of the largest hotel spa and wellness areas in the country, a wide range of gastronomy, including on the waterfront, spacious park and waterfront facilities as well as numerous leisure and excursion options, and whose appeal will also reach the public beyond the borders of Schleswig-Holstein.

A gross floor area of 36,000 m² with 220 hotel rooms and vacation apartments is to be built on the approximately 140,000 m² site. The development plan process was started in summer 2023 following a unanimous decision by the planning committee of the municipality of Malente and is due to be completed in spring 2026. Construction is scheduled to begin in the same year with completion in 2028.
