Lanserhof
Medical spaTegernsee, GermanySet on a gently rolling plateau above Lake Tegernsee, a new health resort is taking shape as a continuation of the renowned LANS MED concept established in Lans. Nestled within the landscape of an existing golf course, Lanserhof Tegernsee will offer space for medical regeneration, prevention, and holistic wellbeing.
The design includes around 80 rooms, expansive spa and therapy areas, and a dedicated medical department. A central ambition was to harmonise architecture, nature, and the philosophy of health – through calm, clear spatial sequences, generous openings towards the landscape, and a material language reduced to the essential.
A separate bathhouse complements the ensemble and creates spatial continuity across the site – acting as an architectural point of tranquillity with views of the surrounding nature.
The project was realised by ingenhoven architects. Hadi Teherani developed the conceptual design during the early planning phase and significantly shaped the architectural character of the project.
