Elite Shemshak

Alpine residential architecture Shemshak, Iran

Just one hour from Tehran, the eight-storey residential complex “Elite Shemshak” sets a new benchmark for alpine living in the Shemshak ski resort. As the first project of its kind, it bears the distinctive design language of Hadi Teherani throughout.

The building’s sculpturally articulated natural stone façade, combined with generous curtain wall glazing, creates a fluid transition between interior and exterior. Its orientation captures spectacular vistas: the ski slopes to the north and the expansive valley to the south.

Each floor is designed as a single-unit residence, culminating in a penthouse with expansive terraces and loggias. A landscaped rooftop garden extends the living space outdoors, offering both private retreat and communal zones.

The interior architecture emphasizes refined materials, bespoke detailing, and a spatial dramaturgy that unfolds in the double-height entrance lobby. Exclusive amenities include a 15-metre swimming pool with spa facilities, fitness and lounge areas, private lift lobbies, and 84 underground parking spaces, underscoring the building’s high level of comfort.

Through its synthesis of tectonic precision, material authenticity, and contextual integration, “Elite Shemshak” redefines alpine residential architecture and establishes itself as a true architectural landmark in the mountains.
