Amiran Residence

Residential buildingAsef, Sarvestan Street, Iran

The luxurious, 14-storey apartment house in the elegant Zafaraniyeh quarter in the northern section of Tehran is especially tailored to affluent couples. With reference to urban construction, it is already the second of its kind in Tehran to display innovative design by Hadi Teherani throughout the structure. When viewed from outside, the exterior of the building bearing the name Amiran Residence draws attention due to a skillfully varied and graphically three-dimensional façade scenario. Fixed expanded screens made of a metal featuring modernly interpreted ornaments in combination with a sustainable dry ventilated façade system out of natural stone serve as individual shielding between privacy and the public sphere. As with the neighboring houses, the building opens up façades in all directions and provides spectacular views of the mountains and across the metropolis.

This ensuing generosity enhanced by the exterior design acts to document each individual housing unit, from flat to mezzanine apartment and on to the three penthouses with large surrounding rooftop terraces. Indoors, a modern and pointedly high-quality interior design forms the distinguishing factor. Here too, the formative credit goes to Hadi Teherani. Working hand-in-hand, architects and interior designers have created a top-flight residential atmosphere. The ground floor is reserved for a luxurious lobby whose muted colors and spaciously arranged pools radiate absolute calmness and tranquility. The 24 residential units have access to an exclusive selection of special features and include a 24-meter-long swimming pool, two saunas, massage rooms, fitness gym, a private event hall, 111 parking spaces, a car-wash facility and a private, individual lift lobby.
